Ernie Cash
April 6, 1938 — September 26, 2019
Ernie G. "Don" Cash, 81, of Eubank, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2019 at his residence.
He was born in Lexington on April 6, 1938; son of the late Earnie & Nelly (Darnell) Cash. He worked as a truck driver and appliance repairman and was also a member and former governor of the Moose Lodge in Florida.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (Evans) Cash; a daughter, Donna Bryant of Eubank; two sons, Mark & (Dawn) Cash of Shelbyville and Noah Thomas & (Annette) Wesley of Science Hill; ; nine grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Charles & Paul Cash.
A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Pastor D. Fenison officiating.
Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be after 6:00 PM Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
