Nora Wilhelm

Nora Maxine Pence Wilhelm, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the age of 88. She was born on July 23, 1937,and dedicated much of her life to the well-being of her family.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Burnside, and a strong believer in the Lord.

Nora is survived by her daughters, Christine (Buzz) Rankin and Teresa (David) Turpin; her son Fred Wilhelm; grandson, Freddy Wilhelm; granddaughter, Elizabeth (Freddy Heard) Mitchell; and great-granddaughter, Kylee Ray Wilhelm. She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband George Adam Wilhelm, with whom she shared 48 wonderful years together; six sisters and four brothers; and a host of other loved ones, her loving dog Charlie, Rebecca (Ray) Ashcraft and Andrew Nicely, Tyler Thompson and family, Seth Thompson, Peyton Holtzclaw, Ethan Ashcraft, Nadan Brown, Jessica (Jessie) and family, Colton (Brianna) and family, Devin (Laci) Brown and family, Lucas Brown, Melissa Brown, Phyllis Nussbaum, and her special friend and caregiver, Cordelia Keith.

Family and friends may visit from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Burnside, 65 Kensey Avenue, Burnside, KY 42519. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the church with Bro. Rick Catron officiating. Entombment will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Burnside.
