Toby Noe

Toby Scott Noe, age 54, of Somerset, KY, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026 at his residence.

Toby was born on March 30, 1972 in Somerset, KY, the son of Juil Noe and Scotty Lynn Murphy Noe. Toby was a longtime employee of Union Millwright… he enjoyed reading the bible, playing golf, farming, and most of all, he loved spending time with his kids. He enjoyed driving a grain truck for Burnett’s Farms.

He is survived by his father, Juil Noe of Somerset, KY; his daughters, Megan Noe of Cheyenne, WY, Emily Noe of Stephenville, TX, and Madison Noe of Somerset; his brothers, Johnny Noe and Whitley Nelson, and Jody Noe and his wife Sonya, both of Somerset; his nieces, Sequoia Noe, Tiffany Noe and Brittany McKee and her husband Stephan and their five children; and his adopted son, “bub” his dog; sister-in-law, Frances Noe; extended family members, neighbors and friends who are deeply saddened by his passing.

Toby was preceded in death by his mother, Scotty Noe; and his brother, Donnie Noe.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 17, 2026 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Hwy 80, Somerset, KY 42503.

His funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 11:00am at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Lowell Gossett and Bro. Raymond Ridner officiating. Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
